📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on building secure and compliant payments infrastructure. • Define and implement the architecture for core financial systems, including KYC/AML integrations, on/off ramps, transaction flows, and currency conversion. • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate complex financial requirements into elegant, scalable backend systems. • Establish engineering best practices and processes for testing, CI/CD, documentation, and monitoring in a regulated environment. • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development for engineers; foster an inclusive, high-accountability team culture. • Partner cross-functionally to align technical execution with business goals, delivering iteratively while planning for scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing teams. • Strong proficiency in GoLang and building production-grade APIs or distributed systems. • Experience in payments or fintech domains such as KYC/AML, FX, digital wallets, or on/off ramp integration. • Demonstrated ability to scale engineering teams and establish high technical and operational standards. • Track record of delivering secure, compliant software systems in regulated environments.
