📋 Description

• Own the partner book, including banks, market makers and OTC desks, custodians, payout aggregators, ramp providers, and compliance and licensing partners • Source, negotiate, sign, and maintain productive partner relationships • Build corridor liquidity across the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Gulf • Determine pre-funding, on-demand sourcing, and market-maker partnership strategies • Model corridor costs and unit economics • Evaluate spreads, FX, settlement timing, trapped capital, and fee structures • Ensure liquidity exists at workable prices for sales corridors and volumes • Support large-customer decisions about corridor capacity • Negotiate term sheets, MoUs, commercial contracts, and revenue shares • Hire and shape the partnerships and liquidity team

🎯 Requirements

• Real experience sourcing and managing liquidity, from a payments company, a market maker, an OTC desk, a bank treasury function or a crypto trading business • Commercial negotiation with regulated institutions, including banks, PSPs, and licensed exchanges • Fluency in stablecoin and FX mechanics • Comfort with a model in Excel; ability to build the case and stand behind the assumptions • Judgment about which partnerships are worth the effort • Depth in one or more live payment corridors (preferred) • Existing relationships with market makers, custody providers or payout networks (preferred) • Background spanning both traditional payments and crypto (preferred)
