📋 Description

• Enter and review data submitted by agencies into the HOAIC support systems. • Collaborate with the Licensing, Compliance and Sales teams to obtain missing information from agencies and agents. • Provide additional administrative support as needed, including account changes and login reset support. • Support licensing and compliance departments with data entry, data review, and onboarding of new agencies to the HOAIC insurance platform.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Ability to read, write and converse in English. • Ability to read and speak English. • Knowledge of common address and phone number templates used in the United States and ability to recognize incorrect data. (Preferably) • Ability to communicate with agents and agency reps via telephone and/or email. • Quiet workspace. • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. • Data entry and administrative support experience a plus.
