⢠Bachelorâs degree; Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. ⢠Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, actuarial, finance or related roles within the insurance industry (minimum 2+ in Texas homeowners insurance). ⢠Experience across multiple customer segments: Preferred, Standard, Nonâstandard. ⢠Proven track record of successful product changes and strategic initiatives. ⢠Deep understanding of personal lines insurance and reinsurance, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. ⢠Team management experience and the ability to inspire and drive crossâfunctional teams toward common goals. ⢠Excellent analytical and problemâsolving abilities with strong data proficiency. ⢠Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex issues clearly to partners and stakeholders. ⢠Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. ⢠Financial acumen. ⢠Regulatory knowledge. ⢠Customer focus.
