📋 Description

• Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registrations and the posting of internship opportunities. • Update client records; • Direct clients to the appropriate pages of the Portal according to requested services; • Clarify clients' questions about products and services; • Handle customer service and register new clients; • Assist in maintaining the database (client registrations); • Provide customer support via email, phone and WhatsApp regarding process information.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing (technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in using computerized systems; • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle tasks that require focus; • Must have at least one year remaining to complete your degree (required for the internship); • Residence in São Paulo (SP).
