📋 Description

• Assist students, public agencies, and educational institutions with registration and the promotion of opportunities • Enter data for internship and young apprentice programs, keeping the database up to date • Direct users to the relevant Portal pages based on the services requested • Answer customer questions about products and services • Perform administrative tasks • Provide support via email, telephone, Zendesk tickets, and WhatsApp

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, a Marketing Technology program, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Comfortable working with computerized systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to perform tasks requiring focus and concentration • Must have at least one year remaining before completing the degree and/or internship eligibility period • Must reside in São Paulo city
