📋 Description

• Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and the promotion of opportunities • Update customer records • Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date • Direct users to the appropriate Portal pages based on the services requested • Answer customer questions about products and services • Provide assistance to and register new customers • Assist with maintaining the customer database • Promote products from a technical perspective • Provide customer support via email, telephone, and WhatsApp, answering questions about processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Marketing Technology program, Human Resources Management, Advertising, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite • Comfortable working with computerized systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability and willingness to perform tasks requiring focus and attention to detail • Must have at least one year remaining before completing the degree and/or internship eligibility period
