📋 Description

• Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and the publication of opportunities • Update records • Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date • Direct users to the appropriate Portal pages based on the services requested • Answer customer questions about products and services • Assist with customer service and the registration of new clients • Assist with maintaining the customer database • Promote products from a technical perspective • Provide customer support via email, telephone, and WhatsApp, answering questions about processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Marketing Technology program, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite • Comfortable working with computerized systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability and willingness to perform tasks requiring focus and concentration • At least one year remaining until graduation and available to complete an internship • Reside in the Federal District (DF)
