📋 Description
• Support SAP S/4HANA in MM and SD modules, operating at L2/L3. • Root cause analysis, configuration, and request control. • Process mapping and improvement (AS-IS / TO-BE). • Preparation of functional specifications and support for development teams. • Direct interface with management, headquarters, and multinational clients. • Work with systems integrated with SAP, such as Mercado Eletrônico, 4MDG, and 4TAX.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with SAP MM/SD and master data (Business Partner and materials). • Experience as a Digital Business Analyst or SAP MM/SD Functional Analyst. • Knowledge of digital platforms and SAP HANA. • In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA. • Intermediate technical English. • Education or certification from SAP Academy. • Profile with a sense of urgency, execution discipline, and a focus on results. • Proactivity, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills.
