• Providing 1st-level technical support for corporate systems, software and applications. • Performing installation, configuration, relocation and replacement of hardware and software. • Handling and resolving tickets via ITSM, remotely or on-site. • Ensuring platform availability and performance according to SLA requirements. • Tracking activities through to completion, contributing to process improvements and failure prevention. • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and operating systems. • Supporting equipment deployments by validating, installing and addressing incidents during operation.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience in technical support • Fluent in English • Reside in Uberlândia for occasional in-person meetings • Technical course in IT or currently pursuing a degree in engineering or IT (considered a plus)
