📋 Description

• Incident management and mediation of technical support tickets; • Participation in crisis rooms (war rooms) and coordination of response workflows for critical failures; • Direct contact with clients, supervisors, and technical teams; • Ensure high availability and performance of platforms and services; • Create and update technical and operational procedures; • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and certifications for continuous improvement.

• Strong verbal and written communication; • Analytical skills and ability to resolve problems under pressure; • Logical reasoning and critical thinking; • Organized, focused, and committed to meeting deadlines; • Proactive and resilient in crisis situations; • Experience in incident management or Tier 2 support; • Knowledge of telecommunications and networking; • Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level).
