📋 Description

• Administer and configure Cisco and Dell switches, VLANs, and dynamic routing between data centers, cloud, and clients/suppliers • Manage FortiGate firewalls, including security rules, NAT, and VPNs • Perform centralized management using FortiManager, EMS, and FortiAnalyzer • Manage the Netskope platform and ZTNA policies for secure remote access • Manage AWS cloud connectivity, including VPCs, subnets, route tables, Transit Gateways, ENIs, and EIPs • Manage dedicated connectivity with GCP • Manage load balancing with Citrix NetScaler and AWS Elastic Load Balancer • Monitor infrastructure, diagnose failures, and implement planned changes • Support connectivity and security incidents • Provide support to the development team • Manage service contracts • Perform maintenance on modems and wireless routers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field • Experience in network administration, switches, and dynamic routing • Experience with FortiGate firewalls and associated management tools • Experience with AWS cloud connectivity and load balancing • Experience in monitoring, incident management, and change management • Plus: experience with Citrix NetScaler and AWS Elastic Load Balancer • Plus: knowledge of dedicated connectivity with GCP • Plus: experience in mission-critical environments with multiple data centers • Plus: experience with ITIL (incidents and changes) • Plus: Spanish language skills • Availability to work from 09:00 to 18:00
