📋 Description

• Support administrative, contractual, billing and post-sales routines • Manage and update contracts and orders in systems (SAP and Projuris) • Support billing processes, verification of invoices (NF) and delivery flow • Interface with Accounts Receivable to monitor payments and adjustments • Support contract management, including drafting, amendments and digital signatures • Handle post-sales requests such as post-billing issues, insurance, claims and losses/misplacements • Support management of invoices, upgrades, replacements, repairs and indemnity agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Management, Accounting or related fields • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel • Organized, detail-oriented and strong communication skills • Collaborative profile and interest in developing knowledge of administrative and contractual processes
