📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of new campaign launches and relaunches across multiple departments. • Drive process improvements and leverage data analytics to increase campaign efficiency and speed to market. • Maintain and manage centralized campaign tracking tools (e.g., ADO, Monday.com) to ensure visibility and accountability. • Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. • Conduct periodic workflow reviews to ensure alignment with evolving technologies and business needs. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from executive leadership and key stakeholders. • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, use cases, and workflows. • Develop and maintain intake processes, approval workflows, and supporting documentation. • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational consistency and scalability. • Lead QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for system enhancements, integrations, and CRM updates. • Partner with technical teams to validate functionality and ensure successful implementation. • Document test results, identify defects, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability. • Analyze operational and campaign data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend optimization strategies, particularly within campaign setup and intake processes. • Deliver actionable insights to improve team performance and overall business outcomes. • Plan, manage, and track multiple concurrent projects related to operational and technology initiatives. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Excel and Salesforce. • Communicate project status, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, data-driven reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, QA analysis, or a related role. • Strong experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ADO, Notion, Monday.com). • Experience with QA testing methodologies, UAT processes, and system integration validation. • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (e.g., Excel, Salesforce). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels, including executive leadership.
