• Responsible for working with clients within the CRO service offering • Servicing and leading a book of business while driving organizational growth • Guiding strategic decisions that significantly impact the growth trajectory of the organization • Utilize analytical tools to derive actionable insights • Facilitate transparent and effective communication with clients • Manage a diverse set of clients equal to or greater than $55K in monthly recurring revenue • Drive rapid experimentation to identify high-impact strategies • Ensure timely completion and adherence across the department • Lead by example and practice servant leadership • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level • A/B Testing Effectiveness • Testing Velocity • Collaboration within the Pod • Learning and Adaptation • Innovation in CRO Strategies • Documentation and Reporting • Technology Utilization • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC, MER, etc. • Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development • Ability to quickly build rapport and develop relationships with executive-level points of contact • Desire to work in a role that functions as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal development.
