📋 Description

• Create internal tickets for copy, design, development, or email tasks • Conduct thorough quality checks on completed tasks • Share tasks with growth leads for feedback and approval • Share finalized tasks with clients and await feedback before launch • Serve as the communication link between internal teams and clients • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients • Foster client relationships and understand business objectives • Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects • Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver projects on time and to high quality • Mentor and guide junior account managers • Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations to clients and internal teams • Address client concerns, issues, and feedback proactively • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem • Coordinate resources to meet project needs and deadlines • Manage communication tools, ClickUp lists, and Slack notifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field • 1–3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts • Proficiency with ClickUp, Basecamp, and Asana • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Leadership experience mentoring and guiding junior team members • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Critical and strategic problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Strong client-facing relationship-building skills • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required • English proficiency of B2 minimum
