📋 Description

• Responsible for leading clients that predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads. • Lead day-to-day client activity that drives growth for our clients, including client communication & education, project management for campaign execution, planning and thought leadership for service strategy. • Monitor and analyze account activity (i.e., volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incidents, trends, etc.) across their clients. • Understand partner marketing objectives and work with cross-functional teams at Cardinal to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance. • Manage client and agency team expectations, day in and out, and helping clear roadblocks to success. • Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices. • Responsible for day-to-day implementation of project deliverables; ensures deliverables are client-ready.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency managing digital programs. • Experience working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources and a thorough understanding of related deliverables. • Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules; handling multiple accounts at once while meeting tight deadlines. • Proven project management skills with an understanding of processes and quality assurance/control. • Top talent that is proactive and thrives in environments where they are creating new opportunities where none currently exist. • Must be able to travel from time to time as required, as relationship-building with partners is critical to position success. • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proven experience in growing client accounts and agency business.
