📋 Description

• Serve as an executional leader embedded within a division, driving the quality, velocity, and cohesion of design and motion output • Manage Design and Edit Leads across accounts within the division • Own the executional bar for design and motion across assigned accounts • QA and direct high-priority assets for performance, polish, and platform alignment • Partner with Creative Team Lead and Art Director on visual direction, creative planning, systems, tooling, and operational rollouts • Lead internal reviews, provide actionable feedback, and champion brand consistency • Coach and mentor creative leads on QA, technical execution, project pacing, escalation protocols, bandwidth planning, and best practices • Evaluate production bottlenecks and implement creative process enhancements • Integrate AI and scalable systems where applicable • Direct production for top-tier accounts and maintain delivery accountability • Collaborate with Strategy, Content, and Project Management to resolve blockers • Translate messaging frameworks into creative systems across channels • Participate in concepting sessions and advise on feasibility, executional planning, and modular asset development • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department • Personally carry 5–8 accounts and maintain stated performance KPIs • Launch at least one tool, template, or workflow improvement per quarter

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing; agency experience preferred • Strong fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring creatives • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required • Comfortable giving, receiving, and actioning feedback quickly and clearly • Passion for scalable design systems and operational creativity
