📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts, including home services, education, financial services, hospitality, insurance, or similar lead-generation businesses • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department • Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement • Focus on lead quality, funnel conversion, and market-level dynamics • Work directly with client sales or operations teams to define a good lead and incorporate that definition into targeting and creative strategy • Own senior client relationships and lead QBRs focused on cost per acquisition • Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around a single account strategy • Consult on geographic expansion and local market prioritization • Manage retention and expansion, lead renewals, and grow MRR • Build multi-threaded relationships across multiple layers of client contacts • Ensure daily use of Iris and nova, 100% Pulse cadence, and Power Circuit compliance across managed ADs • Coach analysts and specialists with direct, specific feedback • Track KPIs including ETCR, net MRR, client NPS, service expansion pipeline generation, and annual Power Circuit Certification

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required • 6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house • Understanding of lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, LTV by lead source • Experience working with clients who have a sales team and aligning marketing strategy to what that team can close • Comfort with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures • Familiarity with local SEO, GMB, and review strategy • Understanding of the difference between lead volume and lead quality, with experience shifting a client's focus accordingly • Track record of retaining and growing accounts
