📋 Description

• Own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within the assigned book of business • Work with account leadership to ideate and evolve paid advertising strategy within the broader media mix • Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management • Execute performance marketing through paid social and paid media native platforms • Build and produce campaigns end-to-end across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads • Lead performance optimizations relative to goals • Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes with accurate budget pacing • Perform quality assurance to prevent errors negatively affecting client revenue • Lead proactive strategy recommendations and surface opportunities and risks • Maintain client testing roadmaps and project-manage experimentation next steps • Escalate performance risks early and distinguish normal fluctuation from genuine account risk • Communicate internally regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items • Provide weekly client progress recaps with performance insights and future recommendations • Apply marketing-funnel and business strategy expertise to achieve desired results • Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem and employ AI technologies to enhance business processes • Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and stakeholders with clear next steps

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels • Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and other applicable paid advertising networks • Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, and optimizations • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal skills • Confidence with client-facing presentations and communication • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
