• 2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred) • Proactive in staying current with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates in the social media landscape • Proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Center • Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program • Proven track record of successfully managing social media strategies for multiple clients • Strong Analytical Skills • Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives • Demonstrated proficiency in managing influencer campaigns focused on driving specific performance metrics • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
