📋 Description

• Build and maintain web application features across the frontend and backend • Write clean, well-documented code and implement user interfaces to design specifications • Work on REST and GraphQL API integrations and databases • Debug and resolve frontend and backend technical issues • Write unit and integration tests to keep releases reliable • Follow security best practices and internal development standards, including Git workflow • Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups • Keep the lead updated on task status and blockers • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department • Meet performance targets including completing 80%+ of assigned sprint tickets on time, limiting pull-request revisions, preventing critical production bugs, maintaining test coverage, and addressing review comments and stand-up follow-ups within one business day • Collaborate with senior engineers and global, cross-timezone teams using English as the everyday working language

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Working knowledge of at least one modern web framework, with comfort writing JavaScript/TypeScript or an equivalent language for the team's stack • Basic understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and relational databases • Familiarity with Git and standard version control workflows • Strong written and verbal English skills for daily use — documentation, code comments, and communication with global teams and clients • Comfort giving and receiving feedback in code review, and asking for help when blocked • Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow technical skills quickly • Pacific time zone working hours are expected to follow
