📋 Description

• Build and maintain frontend and backend web application features • Write clean, well-documented code and implement user interfaces to design specifications • Work on REST and GraphQL API integrations and databases • Debug and resolve frontend and backend technical issues • Write unit and integration tests • Follow security best practices, Git workflows, and internal development standards • Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups • Keep the lead updated on task status and blockers • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and perform related duties as assigned • Meet KPIs including timely sprint-ticket completion, limited code-review revisions, no critical production bugs, test coverage, and prompt follow-up on comments and stand-up actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Working knowledge of at least one modern web framework • Comfort writing JavaScript/TypeScript or an equivalent language for the team's stack • Basic understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and relational databases • Familiarity with Git and standard version control workflows • Strong written and verbal English skills for daily use • Pacific time zone working hours are expected to be followed • Comfort giving and receiving feedback in code review and asking for help when blocked • Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow technical skills quickly
