📋 Description

• Own execution, performance, and growth of paid campaigns within assigned book of business • Execute keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management across channels • Manage campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads and other paid media native platforms • Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals • Manage all client budgets and advise on budget changes • Own performance reporting end-to-end and create presentations for clients and internal teams • Provide insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients; tie efforts to greater business goals • Proactive internal communication on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items • Weekly client progress recaps outlining performance insights and recommendations • Facilitate production with Specialists and ensure redundancy across channels where applicable • Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize processes • Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in the landscape to achieve desired results

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience • 1-2 years in an agency setting • Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing (E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B) • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing • Experience with campaign development and optimization (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development) • Significant campaign management experience in one or more: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
