• Own execution, performance, and growth of cross-channel paid media for enterprise B2B clients • Manage paid search campaigns for enterprise-level clients including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes • Provide analysis, insights, and action plans tying campaign performance to business impact and client KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Own strategy, reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of campaign creation and management • Collaborate with Client Services team and sometimes support Specialists • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions and contribute to training material development • Utilize AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to enhance processes and campaign performance • Continuously seek improvements and employ outsourcing resources where appropriate
• 3-4 years of digital marketing experience; 2+ years in agency setting • Experience in ABM-specific DSPs and supporting platforms (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.) • Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms and how to integrate into channel strategies • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Paid Media channels • Experience with campaign development and optimization (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development) on large, enterprise-level accounts • Experience with complex client org structures (multi-brand, multi-product, long sales cycle) within B2B ecommerce, hybrid, and sales-led organizations • Significant campaign management experience in LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, and ABM DSPs (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus) • Additional significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of: YouTube Ads, Meta, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Content Syndication • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story • Exceptional client communication and ability to handle difficult conversations and roadblocks
