📋 Description

• Own execution, performance, and growth of cross-channel paid marketing services for a book of enterprise-level B2B clients • Manage paid search campaigns including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes • Provide analysis, insights, interpretation, and action plans from campaign data and client-specific KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to tie performance to business impact • Collaborate with Client Services and cross-channel teams; communicate effectively with clients and executives • Create and execute campaign creation and management, reporting, and optimizations (sometimes with Specialist support) • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance and employ AI and outsource resources to enhance workflows • Participate in weekly department scrums, training sessions, and development of new department training materials • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and employ AI technologies to optimize business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of digital marketing experience. 2+ years in agency setting • Experience in ABM-specific DSPs and supporting platforms, such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc. • Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms & how to integrate into overarching channel strategies • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Paid Media Channels • Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts • Experience with complex client org structures (multi-brand, multi-product, long sales cycle) within B2B ecommerce, hybrid, and sales-led organizations • Significant campaign management experience in each of the following: LinkedIn; Performance Max; Bing Ads; ABM DSPs (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.) • Additional significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of the following: YouTube Ads; Meta; Display Advertising; Local campaigns; Content Syndication • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story
