📋 Description

• Craft compelling, results-driven messaging for paid media and paid social media advertising • Write hooks, scripts, headlines, and short-form ad copy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram • Produce multiple genuinely distinct copy directions per brief, with different angles, emotional registers, and hypotheses • Work from hypothesis-driven creative briefs where copy is a variable being tested • Read performance data and revise copy based on metrics such as hook hold rate, CTR, and conversion • Contribute to campaign platform development alongside creative strategists and creative directors • Revise quickly based on client, data, and brief feedback • Deliver first-pass copy within 2–3 business days and priority revisions within 24–48 hours • Produce 3–5 distinct copy directions per brief or 8–12 new testable directions per account per month • Maintain first-pass quality so 70–80% of deliverables require no more than one round of minor revisions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required • 3+ years writing performance creative in a paid media/paid social environment • 3+ years of agency experience • Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Meta, and pre-roll video advertising • Familiarity with hypothesis-driven creative briefs • Ability to write distinctly for luxury skincare, supplements, and B2B SaaS • Real-world fluency using AI tools to produce better work faster • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Preferred/plus experience with direct-response video script writing, DTC, CPG, beauty, fashion, health, or consumer services brands, and media-team collaboration
