📋 Description

• Own execution, performance, and growth of Paid Search service within assigned book of business • Service complex, enterprise-level accounts with daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership • Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific sources (e.g., GA, Shopify) • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions and assist in developing department training materials • Maintain frequent and excellent communication internally and externally with assigned clients • Seek to utilize AI and outsource resources to assist workflow and employ AI technologies to enhance business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 3-4 years of digital marketing experience • 2+ years in an agency setting • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing: campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
