📋 Description

• Own the system design, including data modeling, state management, component communication, and system behavior under load • Make difficult, hard-to-reverse design decisions early and reason explicitly about trade-offs • Design and own the data layer for new features, including tables, relationships, indexing strategy, and query/load optimization • Design queues, background jobs, and long-running workflows that remain correct and reliable under heavy load and partial failure • Contribute to architecture decisions, stack direction, and overall product vision • Work in an AI-first development setup powered by Claude/Cursor • Develop solutions for Hausverwalter.ai, an all-in-one platform for property management companies featuring Inbox, CRM, Documents, Telephony, Video Calls, Team Chat, and AI Agents

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Software Architect / Full-Stack Developer with a genuine systems-design background • Ability to design a database from scratch, including tables, relationships, and indexes • Ability to reason about database load, query performance, and data growth • Understanding of consistency, throughput, failure modes, and bottlenecks • Experience designing queues, background jobs, and long-running workflows • Ability to make difficult design trade-offs • Reliability, scalability, and maintainability as default concerns • Solid English skills for smooth communication within the team • Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of tasks • German language skills are not required • Tech stack experience is not important; AI will write 100% of the code
