📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end target architecture across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B Commerce and Consumer Goods Cloud • Make and document key design decisions • Design integration architecture between Salesforce, ERP, DMS, POS/retail data, trade promotion and finance systems • Serve as the ultimate technical design authority from discovery to go-live • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives including CIOs, CTOs and CMOs • Contribute to proposals, estimates and technical due diligence in pre-sales • Work closely with delivery teams • Help set architecture standards and lead architecture, design and technical delivery for clients

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of project experience within the Salesforce ecosystem as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect and/or Enterprise Architect on multi-cloud programmes • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems such as SAP • Proven experience designing IT landscapes where Salesforce coexists with tier-1 enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday • Hands-on integration architecture experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, OAuth 2.0 / SAML, and middleware such as MuleSoft or comparable tools • Experience designing data models, sharing and security, and large-data-volume strategies for global, multi-country rollouts • Experience leading architectural modernization efforts bridging legacy enterprise systems with cloud-native infrastructure and AI services • Strong command of platform limits, declarative versus programmatic trade-offs, DevOps and CI/CD, release management and environment strategy • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman • Working knowledge of Azure, AWS or GCP as they interact with Salesforce • Consulting background with direct client contact • Ability to whiteboard an enterprise solution and explain it clearly to developers and executives • Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect, or at least three certifications on the Architect path • CTA or an active CTA journey is a strong plus • Experience in remote and international teams • Willingness to travel • Fluent written and spoken English • Further languages are a plus
