• The National Sales Director operates as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-level impact. • Responsible for driving national revenue growth through direct sales execution, strategic account leadership, and high-value business development. • Hold broad ownership over a national portfolio and accountable for delivering against revenue targets. • Manage complex sales cycles and secure large-scale, strategic partnerships. • Align solutions to client business needs while positioning the organization as a trusted partner. • Own and expand relationships with key clients, executive stakeholders, and strategic partners across multiple markets. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field required • Master's degree preferred • Proven experience minimum 7+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or market. • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Flexibility to travel as required.
