📋 Description

• Own products and services end-to-end, including architecting solutions that turn risk into a product. • Collaborate and grow in a dynamic and autonomous environment, working to define undefined boundaries in transaction monitoring and financial risk exposure. • Be an integral part of a team, in addition to its culture and ways of working. • Use the latest technologies to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale. • Take full operational responsibility for the services that you own, ensuring security compliance (GDPR) and potentially taking part in an on-call rotation. • Share your knowledge and build creative solutions while helping the team evolve best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Results-orientation, collaborative, pragmatic, and with a continuous improvement mindset. • Multiple experiences working with Java and Spring Boot. • Experience designing and building scalable products and services. • Experience with the cloud (preferably AWS) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). • Experience or a strong interest in the complexities of Fraud, KYC, Disputes, or Transaction Monitoring. • Great problem solving abilities and the ability to articulate tradeoffs of technical problems to a broad audience. • Working proficiency in English.
