📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of industrial software and digital transformation projects for manufacturing customers. • Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, operations, and customer organizations. • Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery. • Translate customer operational requirements into structured implementation plans. • Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary. • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and executive reporting. • Ensure successful deployment, adoption, and handover of software solutions. • Support change management and customer adoption throughout implementation. • Monitor project KPIs, timelines, budgets, and overall delivery performance. • Contribute to improving project delivery methodologies and operational excellence across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading software implementation, industrial digitalization, or technical delivery projects. • Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or process industry customers. • Strong project management experience coordinating multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams. • Experience managing customer-facing projects and executive stakeholders. • Excellent planning, communication, organization, and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. • Comfortable working independently within a fully remote international team.
