📋 Description

• Analyze industrial and manufacturing processes to identify optimization opportunities and operational improvements. • Partner with customer engineering and operations teams throughout software implementation projects. • Gather, interpret, and analyze operational and production data to support process optimization initiatives. • Translate customer operational requirements into process improvement recommendations. • Support implementation of industrial software and digital transformation solutions. • Develop process documentation, workflows, and best-practice recommendations. • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve production performance. • Participate in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Monitor operational KPIs and measure the impact of implemented solutions. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. • Support customer workshops, process assessments, and implementation activities. • Promote operational excellence through data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. • Experience optimizing industrial or manufacturing processes through engineering, data analysis, or digital technologies. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and production data. • Understanding of manufacturing operations and process industries. • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with customer engineering and operations teams. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Comfortable working independently within a fully remote international environment.
