📋 Description

• You are responsible for IT projects at our clients from A to Z. That means: not just facilitating, but steering and driving business units, clients and development teams forward in a hands‑on way. • You analyze current states, model target processes and translate everything into crystal‑clear, actionable user stories and detailed concepts. • You speak developer language and can still explain to stakeholders in two sentences what a decision will cost — both in terms of time and technical effort. • You stay involved until the end, validate deliverables against requirements and roll up your sleeves to help — no broken telephone, no gaps between concept and reality.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German (C1) spoken and written for confident communication with our clients. • A degree in (business/media) computer science or a comparable qualification (e.g., relevant professional experience) with a strong technical and commercial background. • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the IT project environment as an (IT) consultant — ideally with experience in transformation projects. • You don’t have to be a senior developer, but you read code, understand database structures and APIs, and can immediately and realistically assess the technical feasibility of requirements. • Analytical thinking is your foundation, but your sharpest tool is pragmatism. You want to solve problems, not just document them. • You can confidently prioritize, occasionally deliver a charming but firm “no”, and keep stakeholders with differing interests on course.
