📋 Description
• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs • Analyze clinical data and make treatment decisions that drive meaningful progress • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers • Support and empower families through education and guidance • Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills that create lasting impact
🎯 Requirements
• Active BCaBA certification required • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field • Active state Licensure (or ability to obtain) if applicable in NJ
