📋 Description
• Execute and administer PMG’s international benefit plans and programs • Conduct analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s regional benefits programs • Support benefit plan benchmarking • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness • Manage international benefit plans, including benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management • Develop messaging supporting compensation and benefit programs for leadership and employees
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related major • At least 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within an international organisation • Experience working across different countries • General understanding of process, payroll, and labor law differences • Expertise in messaging supporting compensation and benefit programs for leadership and employees • Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language
