📋 Description

• Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across assay development and clinical testing, biorepository/sample management and logistics, and kitting for client studies • Manage designated protocols and overall project performance and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles • Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor delivery against contracted timelines and budgets • Lead projects from conception through close-out, including planning, execution, risk management, communication, stakeholder management, scope and cost control • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, forecasts, and resource plans • Coordinate implementation of new and ongoing studies and communicate with clients, collaborators, and vendors • Prepare and present project information, reports, and correspondence • Track project metrics, revenue, expenses, billing, and budget variances • Identify out-of-scope work, operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities; escalate and resolve as appropriate • Maintain project documentation and ensure work complies with standards, regulations, and client expectations • Mentor junior Project Managers and assist senior staff as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, such as engineering • Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories at a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company • Excellent listening and communication skills • Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills; exceptional emotional intelligence • Strong understanding of project management and data analysis • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional research and reporting skills • Exceptional judgment and discretion • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and comprehend English • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10-25%) • Extended work hours may be necessary to meet business demands
