📋 Description

• Develop client-focused budgets and proposals for Phase I–IV clinical trials • Prepare budgets, proposal text and re-bids for global RFP responses • Coordinate the complete RFP preparation process with operational review leads • Review client RFP documents and identify service requirements and assumptions • Lead RFP development meetings with sales, operational review and finance teams • Develop project budgets using costing tool templates and Excel-based formulas • Prepare proposal text using departmental templates • Coordinate with partners and third-party vendors during RFP development • Perform quality control of budget and proposal text edits • Support work orders and requests for information • Respond to client questions regarding budgets and operational strategy • Participate in client meetings as needed • Maintain departmental records and internal and intercompany reporting • Participate in departmental initiatives and perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline • 3–5 years’ experience in proposal and/or contract development • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize and coordinate workload while keeping others informed of progress, timelines and issues • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Sound judgment and decision-making skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Minimal travel may be required for company meetings, clients and vendors
