📋 Description

• Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and related documentation • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage • Prepare and send Letters of Representation • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation phase • Prepare and organize documentation for negotiations and potential settlements • Provide regular case updates regarding insurance coverage, treatment status, and case developments • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients to ensure an excellent client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role within a personal injury law firm • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail • Comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to deadlines and expectations • English and Spanish languages • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST
