📋 Description

• Supports financial governance and process optimization across the organization. • Partners with Operations, Business Development, Legal, and Finance to ensure financial integrity. • Implements key financial controls and guides team members. • Contributes to strategic initiatives enhancing efficiency and automation. • Acts as a financial liaison for assigned accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance or a related discipline. • CPA, MBA, and/or PMP certification preferred. • CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience in project finance or finance leadership preferred. • Familiarity with financial contract management, ERP systems, and Veeva preferred. • No routine travel expected; periodic local travel may be required.
