📋 Description

• Maintain, update, and quality-control Salesforce CRM account and contact records • Apply contact and account criteria to ensure records are complete, categorized, segmented, and aligned with commercial priorities • Perform regular quality checks against approved external platforms and source materials • Identify, correct, and prevent duplicate, outdated, incomplete, incorrectly segmented, and inconsistently classified records • Partner with Business Development, Sales Support, Inside Sales, Marketing, and leadership stakeholders • Document and follow CRM hygiene processes, escalation paths, and quality standards • Generate routine data-quality reports and dashboards • Ensure priority accounts and contacts are current, actionable, and enriched for outreach • Use business and competitive intelligence sources to supplement CRM records and provide market context • Report data-quality risks, CRM gaps, process improvements, and KPI progress to the line manager and Business Development leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications, science, data, business, or related discipline; or equivalent experience in a business development, sales operations, CRM, data quality, or commercial support environment • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including record maintenance, data entry standards, contact/account enrichment, and reporting • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data-quality issues across account and contact records • Ability to quality check CRM data against external platforms and approved research sources to confirm accuracy, completeness, and relevance • Working understanding of the CRO, Specialty Labs, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences commercial environment preferred • Fluent English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension • Ability to meet data-quality KPIs and deadlines • Ability to work with stakeholders across Business Development, Sales Support, Inside Sales, and Marketing • Ability to interpret account and contact criteria consistently and escalate ambiguous records or data-quality decisions • Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel, including overnight stays, if required • Preferred: experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Citeline, Evaluate, company websites, clinical trial registries, or similar external platforms • Preferred: experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty labs, or broader life sciences industry
