📋 Description

• Partner with functional SMEs to assess training needs, design and develop appropriate content, and deliver effective learning solutions. • Lead coordination and delivery of new hire role specific onboarding. • Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning training programs. • Serve as first‑line triage for training requests and provide guidance on existing tools, templates, and materials. • Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by the L&D function. • Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with regulatory expectations. • Collaborate with functional leadership to establish and maintain role‑based curricula by function.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline. • A minimum of 4-6 years of clinical trial experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO and/or healthcare setting. • Proficiency with learning development platforms. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities. • Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects. • Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals and teams.
