📋 Description

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites • Ensure clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported according to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations and standards • Coordinate activities required to set up and monitor studies • Identify investigators and help prepare regulatory submissions • Conduct pre-study and initiation visits • Handle appropriately sized clinical trials • Support larger clinical trials with clinical study teams • Train and mentor junior staff members • Interact directly with clients • Initiate payments • Participate in proposal activities, including development and client presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • Holder of CRA certificate • Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment • Extensive experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), oncology, infectious diseases and gastrointestinal studies • Proven experience monitoring studies across multiple European countries • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50–60% travel commitment • International travel may be required for some senior level positions • Fluency in Spanish and English is required • Additional language(s) considered an asset • Study start-up activities experience preferred • Understanding of financial management preferred for Senior CRAs
