📋 Description

• Own Precision for Medicine's global R&D tax credit program and related innovation incentive initiatives • Develop and execute annual filing strategies and compliance plans across participating countries • Identify qualifying R&D activities and maximize eligible claims • Coordinate documentation, financial support, technical narratives, and advisor deliverables • Manage external tax advisors, consultants, auditors, and government agencies • Lead responses to tax authority reviews, audits, and information requests • Track legislative and regulatory developments affecting incentives • Maintain governance, documentation standards, controls, and audit readiness • Evaluate new country opportunities for R&D tax incentives, grants, and innovation funding • Develop expansion business cases and scalable global processes • Partner with regional finance and operational leaders to launch and manage programs • Provide recommendations to executive leadership on incentive opportunities and risks • Develop KPI frameworks, reporting, financial models, forecasts, and benefit realization analyses • Partner with data and analytics teams to automate reporting and improve data quality • Create executive dashboards and presentations • Support cross-functional analytics, reporting, master data, process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives • Partner with Finance, IT, HR, Clinical Operations, and Business Operations teams • Support self-service reporting and KPI governance frameworks • Contribute to Finance and Analytics transformation efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field • Experience in life sciences, CRO, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or professional services environments • 7+ years of experience in R&D tax credits, government incentives, grants, finance, analytics, consulting, or related disciplines • Experience managing complex global programs involving multiple stakeholders • Strong financial analysis, business analysis, and project management skills • Experience with international business teams and external advisors • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency • Ability to communicate complex technical and financial concepts to non-technical audiences • Preferred: MBA, CPA, MST, PMP, PhD, or equivalent advanced qualification • Preferred experience with international R&D incentive programs, grants, and innovation funding mechanisms • Preferred experience with Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence platforms • Preferred experience supporting data governance, analytics, or business transformation initiatives • Equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience may provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
