📋 Description

• You will lead projects from planning through execution, partnering closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery. • You'll play a critical role in balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while helping teams navigate challenges and maintain momentum. • Reporting to senior project management leadership, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs and projects. • You will develop project plans, timelines, and workflows while partnering closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables. • You will facilitate internal meetings, manage project status communications, and oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery. • Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help keep projects on track.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery. • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools. • Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.
