📋 Description

• Support Precursive Project Consultants and Client Project Managers in structuring and maintaining implementation timelines, key milestones, and task lists for each customer project • Manage all project documentation and updates – including scheduling meetings, capturing notes, maintaining risk logs, and tracking deliverables • Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines • Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for assigned implementation projects • Facilitate project kickoff calls, regular check-ins, and follow-up meetings with clients • Clearly communicate project updates and surface any risks or blockers to both clients and internal teams • Own a portfolio of 3–4 active client projects simultaneously, ensuring each receives appropriate attention and forward momentum • Maintain consistent process quality across projects while adapting to each client’s unique goals, requirements, and timeline • Use Precursive’s playbooks, templates, and best practices to streamline project work

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, customer onboarding, or implementation support role (preferably in SaaS, consulting, or tech) • Experience managing multiple projects or coordinating resources across teams • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or similar • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Slack • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
