📋 Description
• Lead the Solutions Engineering team • Coach and scale processes • Drive strategic, value-driven engagements from pre-sales to customer onboarding • Own the customer onboarding process end-to-end • Partner with the CTO for technical delivery • Make decisions clearly and hold the team accountable • Identify gaps in processes and propose solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer • Management experience with direct reports • Proven success guiding enterprise customers through pre-sales evaluations, onboarding, and scale • API and data fluency • Practical experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Azure, or Snowflake • Python experience • Communication that lands equally well with a C-suite or an engineering team • Decisive and direct
