📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial transactions • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes • Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and supporting schedules • Ensure compliance with Tunisian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements • Support tax filings, VAT declarations, and audit requirements • Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations • Familiarity with Tunisian tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Odoo, or equivalent) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
