📋 Description

• Provide customer service and account support on inbound phone calls • Accurately maintain records and document follow-up actions • Provide product and service information and respond to customer questions • Adhere to procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards • Assist with credit limit increases, card replacements, and payment arrangements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Three months (3) customer service experience preferred • Experience with customer service software and databases • Understanding of credit card products, transactions, compliance, and security protocols
